Little Plans

Terms of use

Last updated: 28 September 2026

This is a translation for convenience; the German version is binding.

1. Scope

These terms apply to Little Plans (littleplans.de), offered by [Name to be added], [Street and number to be added], [Postcode and city to be added] (see the imprint). By creating an account you accept them.

2. What Little Plans offers

With Little Plans you create animated invites, share them by link and see who replies. The basics are free; Premium extras cost money (section 6).

3. Account

Publishing needs an account with your email address. You must be at least 16. Keep access to your inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in to Little Plans.

4. Your content

You're responsible for your invites. Not allowed:

  • illegal content, insults, threats and harassment
  • content that infringes others' rights, such as copyright or personality rights, in particular photos of people without their permission
  • pornographic content or content glorifying violence
  • advertising, spam and phishing

You allow us to store your content and show it to everyone with the link, as far as the service needs. We may block or delete invites that break these rules or the law, and for serious or repeated violations the account too. You can report illegal content to [Email to be added].

5. Free invites

Free invites are live for 30 days after publishing. After that the link says the invite has ended. Content and replies stay in your account until you delete them.

6. Premium

Premium unlocks extras (GIFs, photos, music, place, custom link and seasonal templates) and keeps invites live for good. It comes as a subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) or as a one-time unlock of a single invite.

You see the prices before buying; they are final prices. Payment is handled by Stripe. The contract is concluded when you complete the purchase on the payment page.

A subscription renews automatically for the chosen period until you cancel. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current period, under “My invites” → “Manage billing”. Invites published while subscribed stay live afterwards. A one-time unlock applies to that one invite for good.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal:

Withdrawal notice

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Name to be added], [Street and number to be added], [Postcode and city to be added], [Email to be added]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Model withdrawal form

(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

To [Name to be added], [Street and number to be added], [Postcode and city to be added], [Email to be added]:

Ordered on (*)/received on (*)

Name of consumer(s)

Address of consumer(s)

Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper)

(*) Delete as appropriate.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We try to run Little Plans reliably but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may develop the service further; paid features won't be removed without replacement during a paid period.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, meaning those whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

10. Termination and deletion

You can delete your account at any time, at the bottom of “My invites”. A running subscription then ends immediately. We may terminate a free account with 30 days' notice, and without notice for good cause (such as serious violations of section 4).

11. Changes to these terms

We'll tell you about changes by email in good time. For a running subscription, changes to your disadvantage only apply from the next renewal; until then you can cancel.

12. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country remain unaffected.
